Graduate Student Life
Your Home Away From Home
The Graduate Life Office (GLO) exists to enhance the academic, personal, and professional development of Lehigh graduate students through providing a range of programs, activities, events, and workshops, while also creating a community of graduate students. The programs that the GLO office sponsors aim to enhance student strengths and foster growth edges, through events targeted at professional development, research and writing, and higher education. This is achieved while creating a space for students from different disciplines to create bonds and support systems.
The GLO is housed in the Packer House at 217 W. Packer Avenue. Packer House is home to many of the events that the GLO runs throughout the year. Packer House is also open for graduate students to reserve for their own club events. Some of the events that the GLO host are: Orientation, Career Services Workshops, Women’s Exchange Luncheons, Tuesdays at 10 Graduate Breakfast, Graduate Student Appreciation Week, Graduate Writing Retreats, Teacher Development Series, and Cultural Breakfasts.
The GLO Office is generally staffed Monday through Thursday from 8:30am to 3:30pm, with Fridays remote. During the summer, the office is staffed limited days & hours (typically Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday).
