There are a variety of clubs and activities that the Graduate Student Senate encourages individual and groups of graduate students to pursue in order ot make the graduate student community more vibrant and rich. All GSS operations and activities are conducted in line with the following policy documents.
Starting a New Club
All new graduate student clubs must fill out the following forms in order to be recognized by GSS:
Helpful Information for Current Clubs
Clubs that have been previously established may find the following forms useful. These forms allow clubs to appeal decisions, request a new budget at the beginning of the fiscal year, and request additional funding in the form of a co-sponsorship, a supplement, or a fundraiser.
These forms are helpful for clubs who are hosting events and would like to request an exception to use their club funds for something that may not typically be allowed, as well as the general open event form. Clubs can also find the instructions on how to request a reimbursement from their club account below.
Clubs who want to create a club email address, reserve space on campus, how to request catering, or request a club balance may find this section helpful.
